With a Red By Dufry membership, you can collect Avios every time you shop in one of our stores.
Alongside your exclusive Red By Dufry rewards, collect Avios with British Airways Executive Club and Iberia Plus, which you can spend on flights, upgrades, hotels and more.
Firstly, join Red By Dufry and create either a British Airways Executive Club or Iberia Plus account. To link your accounts, go to 'Account' in the new Red By Dufry app and click 'Manage Partners' – you’ll need your British Airways Executive Club or Iberia Plus membership number.

How does it work?
To collect Avios, you must have a British Airways Executive Club or Iberia Plus account. If you don't have either, it's easy to join for free. You'll collect 1 Avios per £1/€1 spent at stores in Spain or London Heathrow, when you scan your Red By Dufry membership card.
How do I collect Avios with Red By Dufry?
To collect Avios with Red By Dufry, you need to be at least 18 years old and have a British Airways Executive Club or Iberia Plus account. You will also have to link either your British Airways Executive Club or Iberia Plus account to your Red By Dufry Membership Account and select it as preferred partner within the Red By Dufry mobile app.
In which stores can I collect Avios?
You can collect Avios on many products (some exclusions apply, see below) at participating stores at London Heathrow, Barcelona, Madrid and more airports in Spain. You can see the full list of stores in the Terms & Conditions below.
On which purchases can I collect Avios?
Certain products or product categories, such as Tobacco or Alcohol, may be excluded and you won’t be able to collect Avios when you buy them. For further details, please refer to the Terms & Conditions.
How do I collect Avios when making a purchase?
When purchasing eligible goods at a participating store, you need to show your Red By Dufry Membership card and have your Red By Dufry QR code scanned. Alternatively, Iberia Plus members can show their digital membership card when making purchases at participating stores to collect Avios in Spain. Please note this feature is not currently available for Executive Club members.
How many Avios will I collect on purchases?
Customers will collect 1 Avios per £1 /€1 spent when purchasing eligible goods at participating stores. A maximum of 3,000 Avios can be collected per transaction and a maximum number of 2 eligible transactions per day and 30 per month applies.
When will my Avios be awarded?
Your Avios will be awarded within 72 hours of completing your qualifying purchase. Retrospective claims are not possible. If you do not meet any of the requirements listed above, you will not collect Avios when making a purchase. For further information, please refer to the Terms & Conditions.
