50ml Gin Mare

200ml Tonic Water

Sprig of Rosemary

Orange Zest

How to make it

Pour 50ml of Gin Mare over ice. Top up the glass with the tonic water. Add a sprig of fresh rosemary to the glass for an aromatic touch. Place a slice or two of orange in the glass to infuse a hint of citrus flavor. Give the drink a gentle stir to mix the ingredients.

200ml Tonic Water

How to make it

Pour 50ml of Gin Mare Capri over ice. Top up the glass with the tonic water. Add a sprig of fresh thyme to the glass for an aromatic touch.Add you lemon zest to brng out the flavours of the Sicilian lemons.. Give the drink a gentle stir to mix the ingredients.

Capri Lemonade

Ingredients

50ml Gin Mare Capri

60ml Lemon Juice

40ml Sugar Syrup

Basil Leaves

How to make it

In a shaker, combine 50ml of Gin Mare Capri, 60ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice, and 40ml of sugar syrup. Add a few fresh basil leaves to the shaker for an aromatic touch. Shake the mixture well to combine all the flavors. Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with a sprig of fresh basil and, if desired, top up with a splash of sparkling water for added effervescence.
